Who we are
Welcome to Damaree Snails, where passion meets innovation in the world of snail farming. Established in 2021, we provide premium quality snail products while being dedicated to sustainability and eco-conscious farming practices.
3,300 SQM
Situated in South Africa, our snail farm spans an expansive 3,300 square meters of fertile land. Here, we’ve crafted a unique habitat for our snails using a combination of shade netting and sturdy wooden poles.
Within this innovative structure, we’ve meticulously arranged 2,000 wooden boards, creating a comfortable haven that hosts an impressive population of hundreds of thousands of snails.
By leveraging a combination of a solar system as the primary power source coupled with a backup generator system for low light periods, we are able to run the farm in a sustainable and eco-friendly way.
